"Helen Bech er en 22 år gammel låtskriver og sanger fra Lindeberg i Oslo. De siste tre årene har hun, ved siden av å jobbe med autistiske barn og ungdom, brukt tid på å skrive låter og utvikle sitt eget sound og uttrykk.

As early as the age of 11, Rikke Helen Bech was discovered for her special angelical voice. She is now turning 23 and has grown into a complete artist. With her wonderful lyrics and skills on the guitar, her voice has now reached another level. Another world, or mabye even another galaxy. She has been composing the last decade such amazing songs revealing the beauty of reflections that she, and so many of us, bear inside our hearts. Without exception, every human being has the ability to transform weakness into strength, and any suffering into perfect peace. One of her main goals all of these years have been to transmit exactly that.
